Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We have a special resident that would benefit greatly from some one-to-one interaction with someone patient and understanding. Volunteers would visit with her, and do simple activities. We hope to have a team that can share the schedule and fill in when others cannot come. Volunteers are needed from 6:00-8:00pm. You may choose to volunteer once per week or more, or once per month.

Volunteers will be asked to complete an application, interview and general orientation. Training will be provided by staff supervisors. Volunteers should be patient, caring and enjoy working with elder persons.
