Volunteer Opportunity Details:

4-H leaders are needed to work with young people to learn new skills.
Volunteers can share their expertise in a variety of project areas such as aerospace, visual arts, photography, clothing/sewing, food and nutrition, woodworking, bicycle, computers, hobbies and collections, and
many more. Volunteers are also need to help organize the events and activities held in 4-H clubs and throughout the county. The may include
community service activities, competitive contests, recreational activities, project workshops, etc.
Volunteers will complete an application and screening form. Training is
available for new leaders.

Leaders must have their own means of transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of insurance. Minimum age of 18 years old. Leaders or volunteers do not have to have a child in 4-H to serve the program. It is helpful to have skills associated with teaching youth ages 8-19 organizational skills.
