Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteers are needed to assist with giving manicures to the residents living in the retirement community. All supplies will be furnished by the facility and/or residents. The manicures are held every Tuesday morning from 8:30-10:30am. Everyone, no matter what age, likes to be well-groomed. Many of the people living in the community are unable to cut and file their own finger nails due to physical restraints. It is a fun, social time for the residents.

All volunteers will need to complete an application form with references. Annual TB and Safety tests are required for all volunteers. The tests are done at the facility at no cost to the volunteers. To assist with the manicures, training will be provided.
