Valley Court Diversion Programs, Inc.
Valley Court Diversion Programs gives youth and adult offenders in both Vermont and New Hampshire the opportunity to avoid a criminal record by appearing before a panel of community volunteers and completing the conditions of a restorative agreement that address the needs of victims, the safety of the community, and the behavior of the offender. In addition, Valley Court Diversion Programs offers classes on alcohol and drug use that teach young adults about the short- and long-term dangers of underage drinking and drug abuse.

Our ongoing monthly programs include:
- Windsor County Court Diversion with hearings in White River Jct., Springfield, Ludlow, VT.
- Lebanon Court Diversion Program with two hearings each month in Lebanon, NH.
- Juvenile Restorative Probation Program with hearings in White River Jct. and Springfield, VT
- Alcohol Safety Program in White River Jct.
- Cannabis Education Program in White River Jct.
History:
Valley Court Diversion Programs, Inc. has offered alternatives to the traditional court system since 1982. Formerly known as Windsor County Court Diversion, our new name reflects the growth in our programs and service area, which now includes Lebanon and Hanover, New Hampshire.
