New Outlook Teen Center
The mission of New Outlook is to provide a community that engages youth in opportunities that nurture belonging, independence, resilience, and social responsibility.

Description:
New Outlook is an out-of-school and summer program for youth ages 11-18 in the Greater Exeter area. We currently offer several core program activities, as well as develop community prevention initiatives with the schools, other service organizations, and community members. Primary services include an after school drop-in center, girls and boys support and education groups, adventure trips, community interaction projects, homework help, intergenerational visitation, high school music and coffee house gatherings, and Summer Adventures.
History:
New Outlook was incorporated in 1993 to provide a safe place and activities for youth. An original and continuing program goal is to serve youth who are not typically engaged in traditional extra-curricular or community programs. Following several moves in the past two years, we now have our own property located near downtown Exeter. Recent publicity and visibility have boosted community support and the number of youth we serve.
