Interested in educating school aged children on how to respond to emergencies? Then an Educational Outreach Specialist is the job for you! If appointed for this job, you can look forward facilitating and managing community outreach opportunities. Along with that, you will identify and develop partnerships with day cares, elementary, middle, high schools, and after school programs. This opportunity has other sites outside of the Granite Chapter where it is available.
Qualifications include: Being a strong public speaker, strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all ages, self motivated, a clean driving record, and possessing necessary skills to develop program. Training includes American Red Cross Orientation, American Red Cross Speakers Training, and any other training needed.
