Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Opportunity to help needy babies, children and homeless in N.H. Work at home as time allows. No meetings to attend and no quotas to meet. Quilts and blankets of all sizes are needed. Tote bags to hold baby layette items and ditty bags to hold hygiene items and seasonal gifts are needed. Handmade clothing items from baby to adult sizes are also needed. Use your favorite patterns or contact Baby Threads for patterns and ideas.
Finished items may be mailed to Baby Threads PO Box 713 Belmont, NH 03220. Finished projects may also be dropped off in Laconia at Out of Your Attic Thrift Shop Too or in Chichester at Out of Your Thrift Shop. People needing cloth or other material for the projects may arrange to pick these items up at either thrift shop location if prior arrangement is made by phone call or email contact.

From Route 106 go north into down town Laconia. At the intersection of rte 106, rte 3 and Main St. go straight through intersection (Land Mark Inn will be on the left). Proceed to stop sign. Go by Blooms (on the right), theater (on the right) Greenlaw's Music (on the right). In the next building (on the right) find Out of Your Attic Thrift Shop Too. From rte 3 in Tilton (exit 20 off of rte 93) head toward Laconia. When approaching the intersection of rte 106, rte 3, and Main St. turn left onto Main St. Land Mark Inn will be on your left at the intersection. Proceed to stop sign.
