We provide emergency fire and rescue response to the southern portion of Montgomery Township. We also respond in support of surrounding fire districts, Montgomery EMS and Montgomery Police. We team with the Montgomery Fire Prevention Bureau to provide fire prevention education to our community.

Description:
We are a fully volunteer fire company. Our members are required to attend fire school to become Certified Firefighters (at our expense) and participate in continuing training of our design. Members are provided with all necessary equipment. Non-firefighting ("Associate") members are also welcome to join; they assist (as all members do) with building maintenance, administrative tasks, and fund raising activities. Associate members must be at least 14, those 16-18 may join with limited firefighting activities allowed. Anyone over 18 may be a firefighter.

History:
Our company was founded in 1946. Our members range in age from 14 to 100, with men and women from diverse backgrounds. We currently run about 350 emergency calls per year.
