The mission of the Lauren Rose Albert Foundation is to encourage mothers to achieve economically and educationally and to seek brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Description:
The Lauren Rose Albert Foundation serves women through its scholarship and Mothers Matter programs. Scholarship grants for textbooks are awarded to eligible women attending any of six participating colleges including Gloucester County College and Rowan University. Every Mother's Day thousands of mothers, grandmothers and caregivers receive a beautiful gift basket filled with women's personal care and beauty products - each bearing the message that "Mothers Matter." The Foundation's new initiative, "Mothers Matter Every Day" will serve as a resource for women facing demanding challenges by addressing their smaller unmet needs through the provision of resources, service or financial assistance.
