The Abilities Center of Southern NJ, Inc. is a multi-faceted non-profit corporation whose mission is to develop employment opportunities for persons with barriers to entering or re-entering the work force. This is accomplished through education, training, employment (within the corporation and/or through partnerships with other businesses), and an abiding commitment to quality and customer service.

Description:
The Abilities Center serves approximately 800 persons with disabilities per year across 7 counties of NJ including Gloucester. Purpose of all services is to prepare individuals for meaningful employment that matches skill, interest, preferences, and needs. Services offered include: School to Career Transition (students age 14-21); Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation (both short term 1-5 days and 25 days); Employee Development Training; Development,Job Site Coaching, and Job Site Supports.
