Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Homeside Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide Reiki services to our patients in nursing homes in Middlesex, Union, Somerset, Monmouth, Mercer, Passaic, Hudson and Bergen counties. If you are a certified Reiki practitioner, you can offer a deep, meditative experience for patients often bereft of human contact.
As a volunteer you will provide essential, quality of life services to patients. Your efforts will provide the sort of care and help that a loving friend provides and help insure that the Hospice promise is fulfilled.

Training required. The application process includes medical screening and a background check. You must be certified as a Reiki practioner
