Currently in our 78th year of existence and still marching strong, The Lambertville Volunteers Drum & Bugle Corps is a talented group of amateur musicians that performs in parades, stage shows and local events!
Dubbed “small but mighty” by the Star Ledger newspaper, this group has entertained audiences throughout the tri-state area with our current repertoire of music and interactive entertainment, including such styles as: Traditional Marches, Big Band Era, Broadway, Latin and popular-style songs. Our 2009 music includes: Caravan, I Love Lucy, James Bond theme, Grand Old Flag, Late In the Evening, and Johnny One Note, among many others!
We are seeking new players to enhance our drum corps - performers, horn players, drummers, or anyone seeking to learn a new talent! Come on out and we will show you how! Most important is the desire to have FUN! That’s our motto!
The Volunteers offer a pressure-free drum corps experience for musicians and performers who still want to play challenging contemporary musical arrangements, and put on a quality performance, but are limited to the amount of time they can devote to rehearsals and performing.
