Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Energetic, Hard-Working Volunteers are needed for light administrative assistance for large annual conferences and fundraising events for the NJ American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and its foundation, the Pediatric Council on Research & Education (PCORE).
Volunteers will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of event information, registrations and badges, and should be available during the conferences/events to help with onsite duties and responsibilities as needed. (Specifically one event per month during September, October and November 2009)

Training will be provided; must be comfortable with answering phone and greeting clients. In addition, responsibilities will include typing, filing, photo coping, and faxing.

Volunteers should be available twice a week to include Friday.
