Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteer needed to support Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations of domestic violence shelter facilities. Duties include: Facilities/Maintenance, i.e. changing light bulbs, dryer vents, recycling and moving supplies between buildings (some lifting required), organizing the office and storage areas; assisting with donations by taking phone messages and picking up items. Facilities Landscaping: Basic weeding, some planting and watering. Hours are flexible. 3-hour overview of domestic violence required.
